Underleech Seedboxes privacy policy is quite simple:
Protecting customer privacy is of upmost importance Customer data is customer's data: No "peeking", logging, or otherwise checking customer data contents without a strong reason (administrative, or technical). Abide by Republic of Cyprus and EU laws relating to customer privacy, customer data. Including retention and protection policies of Republic of Cyprus & European laws. We will not retain customer data information (what is stored in the service by customer). Cooperate with authorities only as required and permitted by the Republic of Cyprus law.
General philosophy of privacy
Here at Underleech Seedboxes customer privacy is very highly respected and protected. The main philosophy is that customer data and information is theirs, not ours and we do not even want to know of what is stored, or any other information which is considered private unless we are required to. We consider data you store to our servers to be your private information, and looking into that would be like looking at your home computer hard drive: Not our business! . We are required to gather certain details, and retain those details of all customers however, for example for accounting purposes (Country, name, mailing address).

Fair Use Policy

Public Trackers:
While we do not ban clients using public trackers on our seed slots we request that you limit your Upload speed to them to 1Mpbs on the 100mb servers and 4Mbps Total on the 1Gb servers. The reason for this is public trackers can take alot of resouces from the server and this is not fair to other clients you share with. Not following this can lead to your service being suspended with no refund given

Data Retention Policy

Our data retention policy is simple, we do not backup data and we are not responsible for data loss. Clients are responsible for backing up their own data. In the event of system error, hardware failure, hacking, etc we will do our best to recover your data but can never be held liable.

Refund Policy

Underleech Seedboxes offers a 48 Hour moneyback guarantee for initial order of a service. If you are dissatisfied with your service in any way, you may request an refund within 48 Hours of initial service setup.

Non-refundable items and services:

No refunds are given for service renewals, tangible items, dedicated servers, support/management services.

Excess payments, renewals, duplicate payments:

No refunds are given for excessive payments, ie. duplicate payment of already paid invoice. This "excessive payment" is automatically added as credit you can use for future any invoice. Credit is automatically applied to any newly generated invoice. This policy is also applied on subscription payments.

Copyright Violations

Underleech.org will respond to all reports of infringement that are formatted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and any other applicable copyright laws. Notices of infringement that do not comply with this act will not be processed. We will act in accordance with the DMCA when handling infringement reports.
